You can contact us over the phone, and complete the RTO application in approximately 10 minutes!Yes, setup is free on on all Derksen buildings up to 2’ in height off the ground. You must provide the concrete blocks, or paver stones. We will provide complimentary wood blocks or shims as needed to level the unit. The number of concrete blocks or paver stones varies by building type. Contact us for more information.
Yes, we welcome visits to our Bangs location to view a wide selection of models. All of our cabins, sheds, lofted barns and other Derksen products are open and have price sheets with specifications for you to view!

Our typical lead times for installation range from 3-6 weeks depending on your location and our current workload. Your site must be cleared and ready with a site picture submitted before this countdown begins and you are placed in our production queue.
All of our custom metal buildings, carports, RV covers, and garages are priced with the strongest anchor option for your installation surface. We install on concrete, ground/gravel, and asphalt. Auger style anchors, rock anchors, concrete anchors, and rebar anchors are used as necessary.
Up to 20' tall side walls! However, we find that most RV's only need 12' or 13' legs to accommodate their AC unit or other clearance requirements. Any building or structure taller than 13' legs requires the rental and usage of a telehandler lift and the use of commercial grade legs or double legs, thus increasing the cost.
Only the deposit is needed to place the order. The remaining balance can be paid 90 Days Same-As-Cash, or with our flexible rent-to-own financing with no credit check up to $20k.
We accept cash, cards, check, and finance options.A 17.5% deposit is typically required to place the order, though we often run specials! Commercial orders require a 30% deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, so ensure your order details are correct before signing. Any future changes to your order resulting in a raised price, may also incur a prorated deposit for the increased amount.
We can, however, transfer your deposit to a new order, or apply it toward a future order if hardships arise.There is no fee to place the deposit with Noble Portable Buildings using a credit/debit card, but if choosing this option when paying your remaining balance with Texas Metal Carports there will be a 3.5% fee charged by them.
Contact us to place your order with only the deposit over the phone or via invoice, and receive emailed receipts and contracts for your custom metal structure!No. The only building we will attach to is a building installed by Texas Metal Carports.
Yes, both of our locations in Gulfport, MS and Bangs, TX have demos of garages, carports, RV covers, and more! We also have color samples for you to choose from.
